Applying for a property
There's no application fee — we carry out full reference checks for free, with a same-day reply for applications received before 2pm.
Every adult living at the property needs to complete an application. Along with your application, please have ready:
- Photo ID — driving licence, passport or similar
- Bank statements from the previous 2 months
- Proof of work — a written reference or email is fine
A £50 holding deposit reserves the property while we reference you, and it’s refunded against your first rent payment when you move in. Tenancies are usually 6 or 12 months (other lengths by arrangement), and in some cases we may ask for a guarantor. Once you’re accepted, we’ll arrange the paperwork for a time that suits you.
