MyPad started with a simple idea: that buying, selling, renting or letting a home in Hull shouldn’t feel like dealing with a call centre. Every property we take on is walked, priced and marketed by people who know the street it’s on — not a national franchise working from a script.

Two decades on, that’s still how we work. Our head office on Chanterlands Avenue looks after sales, lettings and landlords across the city, while our Newland Avenue office focuses on student homes near the university.
