• Communications between us, including phone calls, emails and messages sent through our website or Paddy, our online enquiry assistant.

Who we share it with

We may share your information with property portals (such as Rightmove and Zoopla) to advertise a property, with referencing and right-to-rent checking providers, with contractors carrying out repairs or maintenance, with deposit protection schemes, with our redress scheme (The Property Ombudsman) and Client Money Protect provider, and with solicitors, mortgage brokers or surveyors involved in a transaction — only where necessary to deliver our services or to meet a legal obligation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements — typically for the duration of a tenancy or transaction plus a period afterwards required by anti-money-laundering and property redress rules.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to request that your data be provided in a portable format.
