We are well respected provider of student accommodation in Hull with a well founded reputation for delivery of quality properties and service. We are not as large as the majority of our competitors but this gives us an edge due to the personal level of contact, communication and service we can give.
We offer a full choice of accommodation with properties ranging in size from 2 to 8 bedrooms and all are within walking distance of the University. All our properties are fully furnished and include broadband. We are happy to discuss all inclusive packages but only on houses of 4 bedrooms and above. Sorry to the smaller groups but it is just not viable for us.
We have a very experienced team who are also very caring about your welfare. The large landlords suggest they can give you a better service as they own all the properties. We are very careful as to whose property we agree to manage and all are on full management basis so each and everyone gets the same service as those owned by us. They and you are all viewed as being part of the My Pad Family.
We are members of the University sponsored Scheme and have been since it's formation.
